Mandible

My mandible is a lil recessed but i hate it.
Any tipps on how i could improve my mandible and gain some growth?

if ur in puberty eat well and dont mouth breath if not you can't do anything other than get surgery

already eating well but i had a cold so my nose was pretty much gone for like a month

you can really tell that i was mouth breathing

then just sleep on ur back and just have good breathing/mouth posture, it should fix itself over time
