@AlwaysHaveQuestions

drop out and become a laborer already

yeah it's pretty good tbh.

It looks more like what your body is designed to do (hunting, etc) than working in desk jobs.

You have to be crazy to work any sort of manual labor in Balkans. Dog is treated better here than construction worker.

If it wasn't for the jews, manual labour would get the good reputation it deserves. Here if you do manual labour you are regarded as almost a retard.

Everything will destroy your body.

The optimum for least body destruction would be light physical work though, not lifting heavy stuff every day.

Imagine not getting the lighter trades like electrician or HVAC, not to mention handy man work.

same, the only time I really sleep good is when I did heavy labor all day.

How old are you though? I wouldnt lift heavy stuff if you're still growing.

Woah, who would’ve thought that quitting rotting away would make you feel better? Now imagine taking a shower on top of that

If heavy exercise really fucks with your height growth it's over anyways. No exercise means fucked hormones causing you to be tall but weak. Or do it and become short and strong.

I'm pretty sure the optimum in puberty is to do lots of exercise but no lifting heavier than bodyweight.

nutrition and sleep is more important imo, if you play soccer or something like that as a kid, that's all you need. (better would be swimming or wrestling to get a good frame) but don't lift additional weight, especially if your back is too weak
