MARPE effectiveness in correcting asymmetrical Jaw and lip width

lower third issues: assymetrical + short lower third + uneven lips + very narrow lips compared to nose width
assymetry is likely caused by tmj

Is MARPE effective for correcting jaw asymmetry and would the soft tissue around my lips expand to fit my palate putting my nose width to mouth ratio closer to the ideal?

I am aware in would be ineffective for correcting my short lower third and likely a jaw surgery would be required
uneven lips are due to slight recession aswell

i had it it fixed my narrow gonial width but i didnt have any of your problems

regardless likely another flaw that i could do with correction however
I doubt I have an ideal gonial width with a narrow palate
