Massage gun for BS cope?

So i’m thinking about using a massage gun for bonesmashing bc I alr have one and ngl i dont think we got any hammers, is it cope or nah?

Believe it or not, my close friend invented this method, he was the first ever post on .org ab massage gun bonesmashing

Since it is hollow inside, it might not work as well.

it worked VERY good, my cheekbones looked wide as hell in like 3-5 minutes of hitting on each, its still bruised after a day tho

i hope that when the swelling in your cheekbones goes down, there is good bone growth.

i think the swelling is gone, the cheekbones are still pretty wide ngl, not as much as when it was swelled but still way better than it used to be
