Can big masseter muscle make cheek fat look bigger? One side of face is much leaner than the other but also the masseter size difference is big. Should i get botox on the bigger size

save that as a last resort, try masseter hypertrophy on the one side thats smaller, when its about the same do it both side, botox may ruin your face when youre older dont rush into it first thing bro if everything else dont work u can try

I tried everything else and i probably need botox my maxillofacial surgeon said , beacuse it made my cheeks fat look bigger , cuz its really big muscle it looks like shredded monster from the side when i flex my jaw but from the front my left cheek cuz of it looks way bigger than right side , i mean looks fatter also. So if i slim it down i think i should get illusion of smaller fat in cheeks also , right?

Yea bro had the same thing - comes from too much clenching/teeth grinding. Dont overdue it tho I had 2 units done and that fixed my assymmetry. My friend got 8 and he looks like an idiot now. You can always get more but I`d start with 2 and wait for a few weeks to see how it looks, you can always get more. You should also determine which region of the masseter has the assymmetry, or the doctor atleast. For long term I`d get it fixed by an orthodontist tho.

Yea I forgot, I also injected lemonbottle and like twice as much on one side than the other one. Did like 60ml and 40 of that was injected into one side to fix the fat distribution.
