like any other muscle, start with low volume and increase like a normal chewing gum 30min 3 times/week, then 1 hour 3x/week, then 30min 5/week and so on, if you can chew gum 1 hour every day with no problems then you can upgrade to a harder gum like mastic falim, after that you can go to jawline exercisers, it's just progressive overload.How exactly would one go about training their masseter muscles without developing tmj?
