How exactly would one go about training their masseter muscles without developing tmj?

make sure you actually need it first otherwise you will just look bloated and worse. ideal bizgo / jaw width = 1.35

everyone looks good with trained massets, its just high bf that makes it look bad stupid clav retard

Yea I’m mainly just looking for guidance tryna improve in every way that’s why I don’t kno how to measure my bizgo

How exactly would one go about training their masseter muscles without developing tmj?
like any other muscle, start with low volume and increase like a normal chewing gum 30min 3 times/week, then 1 hour 3x/week, then 30min 5/week and so on, if you can chew gum 1 hour every day with no problems then you can upgrade to a harder gum like mastic falim, after that you can go to jawline exercisers, it's just progressive overload.

use falim gum, cheap and no additives, u can chew for hours. also jst chew hard foods

Should u do it in one sitting or in different sittings
