I'm speaking in relative terms. To normies he might as well be a burn victim. But there's a big gap between what he looks like and what could be described as moderate deformity and severe deformity. At moderate you barely look human. At severe you could pass for those ghoul things from Vampire the Masquerade games. They wouldn't be able to ascend as high with the currently available means if it was that bad. This is very impressive work from the surgeon, hands down. He didn't become a Chad or anything like that, but it is like going from being stuck in a wheelchair to being able to walk and do things normally. Sure they are not an elite athlete suddenly, but the chasm between being an absolute subhuman and passing for human is enormous.

This is not surgery, these are filler results. Massive ascension indeed. Fillers are underrated here, but for some that have nothing to lose like this guy it seems to be a good route tbh

maybe he got jaw surgery (esp mandible shaving and chin shaving, look at his chin to philtrum ratio) for that extreme underbite and then fillers for wider jawline

Yeah, he definately altered his chin through surgery. But is funny that he doesnt mention it, but now i see why he hides it, because he's a filler specialist, and the page is from his clinic. In the post he is saying that this was from fillers and that fillers transformed his life. He definately had something done (prob jaw surgery) to alter his chin lenght, looks class III to me. This guy is Brazilian, he was just promoting fillers through his ascension and despite his undoubtedly usage of fillers, that's misleading asf. Ppl like him should be in prison srs.
