Anyone know a good bimax surgeon in Iran? Iran is so advanced when it comes to cosmetic surgery, i'd be shocked if there aren't at least a couple who do good bimax.

This is such a shame.
There's probably a guy out there, in a country where they live and breathe plastic surgery, who does great lefort 1 + BSSO for $2000. But we just dont know about him and we cant google him because his website is in fucking farsi.

Iran is a country known for plastic surgery especially nose, I personally know 3 Persian girls who went to Iran and got there noses done and they looked really good.

Isn't the name "Ramin Zarrinbal" Iranian too? In Germany there are quite a few Iranian docs especially Neurosurgeons but they usually work full time in Europe and have left Iran.

The plastic surgeons tend to stay there because the market for plastic surgery IS HUGE in Iran. It's the first thing you notice when you land from at the airport, all the people with bandages and adverts for surgeons.
If you've seen the Israeli tv show 'Tehran' - the way in which the Israeli spy blends into Iranian life, is by wearing a nose cast cos - and i shit you not -90% of women in Iran have had rhinoplasties.
