i believe that is only prolonged exertion on the body where u get stress hormones that affect u. but 20-30 minutes of lifting weights 3-4x a week can only help u i believe.
I am pro lifting keep in mind, because the benefits outweigh the negatives for me (looks wise) but it definitely decreases your life expectancy compared to if you don't lift, even if its just 1 year at best. The stress thing isn't true because when you do progressive overload, you also have constant chronic inflammation from muscle fibers being torn apart, your body gets overactive to fix this, a reason why alot of sleep is recommended when you lift, so your body uses less stress to repair your muscles

Carrots are the top meme for this, real wild carrots are way thinner, literally tasteless at best and slightly bitter at worst, with a more hard texture. Carrots were breed to be vibrant orange and have vibrant green pattern leaves, be thicker and very importantly be sweet, also crunchy.
Yes , almost all plant food people eat today either don’t exist in nature at all or the original, pre breeding version of it is lethally toxic or otherwise inedible.

Wheat’s original is basically inedible grass, watermelon, peach, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, banana, carrot, eggplant, pea, corn etc. These all don’t exist in their current form and are completely man made. Eating them is mental illness

In nature edible plants are actually super scarce. You would quickly die if you wanted to live off of them because their caloric load does not cover the energy you need to find and gather them.

Humans couldn’t maintain themselves on some berries or other meme forest food, the only viable way was to hunt big game - huge mammals used to be super common basically everywhere. If you read up on how white settlers killed bisons in America it’s clear that protein and fat was incredibly abundant, it would have been senseless to search for some roots or berries :feelswhere:

Lifting definitely does age you, especially lower than the 10 rep range.

Also you're right vegetables serve no purpose nutritionally, they're only good for helping you shit. Fruits are better but still not as good as meats and fats

fruits should be viewed as power ups like in video games. Normally you should base your diet around an abundant amount of protein and fat coming from big bodied mammals, with limited carbohydrate amount (as in nature you wouldn’t have much, especially not in winter as an European).

Fruits have their season from spring to autumn in the warm months, that’s when you could find them in nature and their carb content would bulk you up, increase androgens, basically make you ready to breed a female and for the female the carb content would be used to fatten herself up so she has a better chance of survining pregnancy.

If you look at Christian holidays they were almost all taken from European pagan beliefs (which themselves source from very practical, archaical observations). Easter is the holiday of fertility, that’s when you should ideally fuck her so she can go through pregnancy with the abundance of summer’s carb loaded fruits before winter totally sets in.

u might be onto something with growth hormones being in food in developed countries. No this is not cope. They say its "nutrition" but the ancients had purer foods and were manlet tier.

ive started eating quarter lbs. What do you think is the best food off the menu for height increase?
 
Dunno, at 17 I was doing everything to grow taller: swimming, running, avoiding lifting heavy objects and going to the gym, eating a lot (normal and junk food including mcdonad's), sleeping well, using binaural sounds that stimulated the secretion of hgh, and yet I didn't grow shit but at 23 I injected hgh while going to the gym and grew 2.4cm.
damn man, i want to inject hgh too at 18, also going to gym, but did u notice any side effects? such as nose/ears growth and stuff
 
gym makes you grow too. it only stunts your growth if u dont eat enough to recover because your body has to both recover from muscle damage and grow taller so it will pick short term rather than long term
wow never thought of that way, i might have lost height gains bcz of it, cuz i dont like eating that much
