Given the new studys on melatonin and a 90% raise in risks for heart problems, will anybody continue to use it cuase i loved melatonin

Some say not direct but still a concern as i consistantly use 10 mg of it every other night.

i don’t take it often because i forget to take it before 10, but when i do it puts me to sleep
