idk i be eating what i want and i dont really bloat or get fatter i loose weight most days and just lift if i locked in i could reach 12% its mostly genetics im just so lazy

Look into Ray Peat and Aajonus Vonderplanitz, tons of posts about them on here. Also you can t escape the fact that activity matters a lot and if you can build up to doing long and diverse workouts your metabolism will improve, it s called g flux.
