I came up with an idea for a mewing retainer. Since it's hard to reach and keep the tongue flat on the roof of your mouth 24/7. I think it might work if you have some piece of rubber or plastic that you can attach to the roof of your mouth and then rest your tongue on. It kind of works as a booster seat for your tongue.
The green thing is the retainer, which is held in place by a metal bar along with a strap that goes along your face so you don't accidentally swallow, choke on it, and die.
