Vegetable oil (corn/soybean oil) is a waste biproduct

French use mainly butter & olive oil in their cuisine

Im not sure how common fast food is in France but I wouldn’t be surprised if it is not that common.
There is transfats in fast food
And what is worse is that you can still serve it with less than 1 gram of transfats in it, but thats not just fast food thats food in general so those transfats compound quickly

True sad thing is they are everywhere, the united states need tight regulations on it. Also the cereals and all the extra sugar that is placed in the foods doesn’t help

people fail to realize it’s not just pufa its also the huge spike in glucose that large number of triglycerides in the blood stream, this causes an increase in your low density lipoprotein numbers and causes a higher probability of these proteins to crash into the arterial walls which create blockage dude to their high cholesterol content

1) good mix of Germanic and French genes
2) anti obesity culture / looksmaxxing leanmaxxing culture
3) low overall calorie intake, average person defo eats way less than average American or Brit or Aussie
4) fresh seasonal produce
5) olive oil and animal fats are big, very little seed oil
6) small eating window, not eating 24/7 like Anglos, Arabs, or curries
7) v high vegetable and legune intake, moderate carb Intake
8) high number of steps walked unlike America, Parisians and Lyonnais rely on public transport which means a lot of walking, small town and village people walk a hell of a lot there
9) v high water intake
10) very low stress life, easy jobs, loads of time off, reasonably flat income distribution (c-suite to average worker salary ratio will be much flatter than more productive countries, plus they can't get fired and if they do get fired welfare is AMAZING
11) very patriarchal culture, most guys can date their looks match, and normally have a young sidechick (cinq-a-sept) who is above their looksmatch, and main chick and society accept this
12) red wine to keep valves in heart healthy
13) lots of sleep

You are a little off the ketogenic diet puts an emphasis on the metabolism of fats that are in your body, fat is stored for a longer time in the body in the form of triglycerides these are stored in the adipose tissue, your liver also make triglycerides. These are the things that are used for fuel this process happens at the expense of the cells in your body using glucose.

The protein might be ok depending on the type and what its cooked with. I certainly wouldn’t say you should eat 60g in one sitting but protein doesn’t spike your blood glucose any where near candy or potatoes but that doesn’t mean it wont have a negative effect on your arteries. You can even increase the level of triglycerides in your blood from eating to much food so even then that would put you at a risk of having to high of an low density lipoprotein packet number and cause more blockage.
The one thing i will say is if it was the 60 g of protein or a chocolate bar filled with sugar 4 bananas i would go for the protein. Carbs (especially processed ones) not only increase trigs but they also keep them high in between meals

and for your eggs you should be ok , eggs do contain saturated fat which increases cholesterol but you already have a lot of that in your body already. Your body actually makes the most. Its the low density lipoprotein packet number you will have to worry about that is what will cause the issues.

Eggs contain a lot of cholesterol and that’s not an issue since your body makes so much of it aswell. So it must be a vital chemical for your body. If it does have a negative effect it’s probably fairly minimal. As for the meats those contain saturated fats although they aren’t that bad you should not consume too much or else they will cause an issue

I believe in having a high cholesterol diet for many reasons, OP prob knows th science better than me, but I eat on average 4-6 eggs a day. There isn't so much cholesterol in 6 eggs, a lot yes, but not a crazy amount your body can't handle it, and remember your body MAKES a lot of cholesterol as well, I think the bigger issue with cholesterol as drs like to whine about it is more the fact your body increases your triglycerides because it is crap at dealing with dietary carbs, unless u use them straight away, but again OP can prob explain it better

I have another friend (white) who works and lives in London in a tiny box room. Guy doesn't have time to exercise and buys all his lunch from pret a manger. £12 for a tiny avocado sandwich and small coffee.
He has a good frame but a meh stomach, is NW1 but already is showing signs of a thinning hairline.

Yet all he does is workcel there on a minimum wage office job, working for long hours every day. Doesn't even enjoy himself (e.g. go to clubs, get wasted, bars, comedy clubs, socialize, etc.)
Lives in a tiny box room in the heart of the City.
I tried to tell him to get out as it's not doing him any favours and that he would enjoy a better quality of life elsewhere, yet he refuses to move out of London.

In the video, he cites research that states that fish is pro-inflammatory. Okay....but he intentionally crops out the rest of the chart, which shows "other vegetables" as having the same CRP number as fish. Other vegetables are listed as "corn, celery, mushrooms, green pepper, eggplant, summer squash, and mixed vegetables". Why single out the fish and not the veggies?

Weird that he didn't mention those. I guess that would go against his plant-based diet advice. This is my problem with nutrition experts who are locked-in to a specific diet. They intentionally seek out research that supports their conclusion and ignore what goes against it.
