Well, he keeps telling me that he loves London and it's the place to live, work, etc.
Yet all he does is workcel there on a minimum wage office job, working for long hours every day. Doesn't even enjoy himself (e.g. go to clubs, get wasted, bars, comedy clubs, socialize, etc.)
Lives in a tiny box room in the heart of the City.
I tried to tell him to get out as it's not doing him any favours and that he would enjoy a better quality of life elsewhere, yet he refuses to move out of London.

Tbh i just hope the 10 eggs im eating won't cause me an heart attack jfl, can't eat plant based protein alot cause of Ulcerative Colitis, and 10 eggs are like 1 dollar and they have 60g protein :chad:, 200g lentils 50g protein, 250g chicken breast 50g protein, 100g rice 8g protein, and there i am with mogging 170g of protein per day for my cut, all of this is like 2500 calories in total (i didn't include some veggies and fruits)

I eat mostly oatmeal with banans and berries for breakfast. Sometimes cooked oats, sometimes raw oats. For lunch i like to eat some brown rice/quinoa with brokkoli/cauliflower/spinach/mushrooms. During snacks i may have some apples and peaches and pears. Supplements i take vitamin d3 daily and b12 weekly. Some flaxseeds for omega 3. And evening maybe some whole grain pasta with tomatoe sauce and some vegetables on top of it. Vegan burgers i sometimes eat here and there. Oh and i forogt salad with tomatoes and corn.
