During snacks i may have some apples and peaches and pears. Supplements i take vitamin d3 daily and b12 weekly. Some flaxseeds for omega 3. And evening maybe some whole grain pasta with tomatoe sauce and some vegetables on top of it. Vegan burgers i sometimes eat here and there.
