Microneedling

I am about to start with microneedling I got some scars also post acne (red spots) what length should my needles be?

0.25–0.5 mm → redness, texture, product absorption, mild discoloration
0.75–1.0 mm → shallow acne scars and collagen stimulation
1.5 mm+ → deeper rolling/boxcar scars, usually better done professionally
