Maybe a extremely miniscule amount not enough to create visible difference. it will help the elasticity/collagen it wont just raise the hyoid
The tigher skin u get from microneedling deep for months will only be enough to create an EXTREMELY small difference unless you have super low collangen and lose hyoid skin like an old grandma
