Microneedling while having the flu. Risky?

I am sitting at home with the flu and thinking about doing microneedling with my derminator, since i will not go to work and have no sun exposure for the next days. Could it be a risk because of my immune system?

As long as you're properly sterilizing the needles, I don't think so.
Make sure your skin is extra clean before you derma roll, though.
