Not many of my other pics showcase this due to lighting, but this pic shows my issue

Dark under eyes + hollow eyes + slight puffy eyelids but no scleral show.

Fucking hate the tired look and im fed up of wearing glasses and looking like a neek to hide them. What surgeries should i consider?

I'm not exactly sure bro but the 3 things that came to mind were
-cream for dark under eyes
-undereye fillers
-infraorbital(lower orbital) implants

Bonus: mewing with extreme force from posterior third of the tongue over the course of 3+ years might improve under eye area as well

Honestly man it doesn't look too bad, idk if you're fraudin' jaw but very good. If you gymmax you could be low tier Chad or high tier Chadlite provided your profile is ok and you aren't frauding any skull issues with your hair. Only problem is your lips look subhuman here (are you pouting?) and ears are not optimal.
