When we talk about maximizing our GH, we typically want to use the GH for bonemass (IGF1). It doesnt matter how high ur GH is if u get 0 IGF1 from it. If all you care is about having high GH levels, sure go starve yourself for a week, but if u want actual bonegrowth, read below
Faulty methods to increase GH:
Many people say stuff like fasting for 2 days will increase ur GH by 300% or whatever, but genuinely who fucking cares? Ur putting ur body in a catabolic state, u aint getting no bone growth from this. Ur stressing your body, putting it in fight or flight mode with this believe that ur GH will increase? Yes it will but ur IGF1 wont, stop coping with fasting, your body is literally breaking it self down, catabolism wont give u any bone growth. Just eat bro broootal
Both HIIT and so called high intensity workouts will absolutely NOT boost ur GH or even Test. Again, slightly similiar scenario. Putting your body in a stressful scenario, working out or doing HIIT exercises is essentialy damaging your body in a way. Your body needs to use energy for the workout and after workout for rebuilding your body. After ur done with the exercise your GH and T levels rise. But guess what? Your body is just using it to repair itself, not build new bone. Now im not telling you that you shoudnt workout, im just saying you shouldnt look at it as stimulating your bonegrowth
