I have problem focusing on doing important things. After a few minutes i cant concentrate, and just go surfing on news sites or instagram. My head always has so many thoughts, that its almost impossible to get shit done. I already tried ritaline, but it seems like my heart gets stimulated to much, and i have arrythmias sometimes. Also going to the gym is not possible, because i get stimulated to much. Felt nervous and shaky.
Should i try modafinil?

Modafinil won't help you here.
You need cocaine/amphetamine, maybe?
Try adderall?

Modafinil won’t make you concentrated any more than Ritalin did most likely, as modafinil is meant to keep you alert and awake. Not necessarily focused, which is why its often not prescribed for ADHD.

I had a similar issue on Ritalin SR. Vyvanse worked for me so I would recommend it.

Hey Reddit, long time speed prescribee checking in. I think you'll be just fine, so long as you are somewhat fit and healthy, don't have a family history or personal history of heart problems, and take a mild dosage.

Medication alone doesn't do shit if you decide to hop on social media anyway. You actually need to force yourself to not use instagram or news sites everytime your mind wanders off too

Ritalin/vyvanse
side effects are totally normal until your body adapts to the dose/medication

I was on modafinil yesterday and browsed this site for 6 hours straight by accident. I just couldn't leave.
