There are very reputable clinics for hair transplant and LL afaik.

I can understand his viewpoint but only in the sense that having fuck you money gives you access to a lifestyle where the probability of meeting proper 10s on a regular basis is extremely high. For that, you would need 100k+ per month. You can also do with 30k+, but around 100k+ it gets extremely easy.

I have been in situations where I could not pick up and go with my friends to other locations simply because of my passport index. This can be solved with a 250k property/ business investment in the EU.
