-Bigonial width appears to have improved as his mid face was shortened (lf1 anterior impaction removing gum smile) and BSSO cut adding few mm's
-Slightly wider nose but actually looks good and more masc
-Slight loss of Zygo definition associated with Lf1 (see second picture)
-Eye area improved (also maybe due to lf1 anterior impaction reducing downward stretch on skin?)

Overall good result, room for further ascension on a excellent base (eye area and small feminine lips)

Same. I think the width harmonizes with his face more.
