damn thats crazy , i do like 3 grams and only when i take diuretics
normally i just take 600-700 mg intraworkout

You most likely get close to what I eat then.

Pretty much everything contains a bit of potassium. Just not quite enough which is why legit 98% of people are deficient

excess potassium can cause bloating btw. it's about balance
