just slammed 10k steps and i was wondering if its worth it to go for 20 or 30 thousand.

no. your body wont be able to recover from the volume well

Well it depends why you steps ? Do you only steps ? What is your goals beside getting steps ? What is your calorie in take ? How much steps you can take ? Do you really enjoy it ? Thats it for my answer

Just know that 10k steps daily is not a lot at all. People are just lazy fat nowadays

Can’t lose weight without knowing your calorie intake or that you are in a déficit. Steps is not the only way to burn calories. Try running, it can be annoying at first but it truly releases lot of dopamine and serotonine + simply being proud of yourself. Get rid of this monotonous, sedentary lifestyle you will get better physically and mentally

im also on 1.5 mg of reta so its really hard to overeat.

i dont exactly track my calories but i know what i eat to an extent, im on a pb n j for td and its 8am
 
Eat real food. Fruits, real source of carbs and proteins and fats. Reconnect with nature and the excess weight will go away with time

What is pb n j for td ? Not eating in the morning can helps but it does not help if you eat twice for lunch

that depends, if you strugle to stay lean yes. you can do 10k steps + 30 min cardio bike less strain
