So I personally used these to stay facially debloated whilst gaining weight. The thing is if you are counting your macros and opt to use this, I would recommend mixing it with fruit in a blender to be full at a lot lower calorie count.

A banana’s worth of leaves, seriously? Just eat an entire forest theory. Also you can just use something like nosalt (potassium chloride) or anything containing potassium compounds instead. Idk which contains more though.

It's used in dhall kinda curries. U know the ones that looks yellow. We don't use it in powdered form, we just eat the cooked leaves. Powdered form seems like an inferior version since it has lower calcium
