A little birdie tells me that most of you have already read looksmaxxing tips elsewhere on the internet, maybe even bought products, guides and so on. The question is not how much information you have ingested, but how much you have put into practice.

It is the immediate application, and only the application, that will determine your results. Storing information by the tens of gigabytes on a hard drive has never turned anyone into a Chad. On the contrary, you will end up feeling guilty at the idea of this pile of knowledge that has been crystallizing for months somewhere on your PC and soon you will give up completely because you don't know how to deal with the problem.

The accumulation of information is a brake on action. Believe it or not, you already know enough to make a change.

Action number 1 : Leanmaxx. Unless you're already 12% bodyfat and gymaxxed, chances are your skinny fat or just fat. Put down the fork, son.

The rest depends on your individuals features and failos and a proper assessment of them by a knowledgeable and experienced looksmaxxer in here is the best thing you could do.

Someone sent me a PM asking how to rapidly cut body fat, and I said the only shortcuts (after being in a caloric deficit) are an ephedrine stack, clenbuterol or dnp so that you get a significant BMR boost (even +10% daily adds up to a lot of pounds lost over a few months).

People in general on these forums are scared of taking any drastic action. They are willing to give up candy bars or potato chips for a few weeks but mention any kind of supplement, surgery etc. and people back down quickly.

That is why I never replied to topics which demand the forum should be invite only so "blackpill knowledge doesn't spread".
So what if it spreads? 99% of guys out there are not willing to implement any of this info and will stay skinnyfat or obese.

You could get amazing results from eating high quality non GMO fruit and vegetables but you won't have access to non jewed sources. The only thing you can do is eat organ meats and other uncommon foods that still remain nutritional value in this hell world.

I've been eating pretty much liver, bone marrow, little bit of kidney, little bit of chicken, and cold cereal and my face has gotten really "lean" and my bones are popping out

My weight actually increased , so yea thermodynamics is real retard. Lets keep watching an arbitrary scale instead of actual body results.

Fortunately I didn't listen to them and proceeded to buy latisse : My eyelashes doubled in length and my fat pads remained intact.

Because we are mostly a bunch of poorcel zoomers who are in uni or wageslaving. So we can’t afford surgery/hardmaxxing
