See so many "debloat" examples posted and regimens online lol, by looksmax influencers and the like.. pretty much always they lost weight from the "before" to the "after" lol.. it is all a scam/fucking troll hahaha. Many times they even got longer hair on the "after" so the "debloat" is MONTHS apart. They just leaned out then scam/troll people they got some secret debloat regimen for views/followers/attention lmao...

Another thing I see young kids and guys complain of being "bloated" when it is just bodyfat or babyfat/facial deposits genetics. How the fuck can you debloat that? Weight loss, change genetics or do procedures to dissolve or remove fat lol, it is fat nothing to "debloat". Most of this "debloat" shit is trolling and/or scams or just someone having leaned out and lost fat lol.

Alternatively someone goes on diuretics etc and claims "DEBLOAT" from some broscience regimen while hiding having taken drugs for it lol.. again just for attention/views/clicks/selling something. 🤪 Don't fall for these troll scams lol.. "debloating" is most of the times just a massive troll meme or guys doing trolling and scams. 😅

Tagging some guys a couple of bodybuilders and troll and lookist experts @NW3Slayer @ØUROBOROS @Nardicus101 @xye Thoughts? Do you agree a lot of "debloat" regimens or secrets are just guys trolling and/or scamming people? I noticed they do a lot of pic "frauding" in different light and angles to claim DEBLOAT. Often the "bloated" pic is some ugly distorted front camera selfie too, they purposefully pick their UGLIEST fattest highest bodyfat selfies for the "before". These guys are fucking trolling man I swear.

@pfl even you have to agree a lot of this "debloat" shit are scams, and many guys being called "bloated" are just fatter on their pics compared to their less "bloated" ones lol, let alone frauding? These "debloat" experts use reverse frauding on before pics taking their worst, fattest and purposefully distorted selfies imo to claim "bloated befores" and frauding a lot on their afters to look even better lol. Before pics are reverse frauded and after are frauded.

@horseman. Have you also seen this "debloat" troll scam shit? Hard extreme trolling imo. Thoughts?

I’ve heard about kshami selling “debloat powder” but I just assume it was a troll too

Hahaha, see?? They are trolling/scamming people hard with this shit JFL. 😂😭 Nearly all guys complaining about BLOATING are complaining about fat on their face from what I have seen. Leaning out and hoping you don't have high babyfat genetics are the only ways to DEBLOAT. Some guys have to accept they don't have the genetics for a lean super chiseled hollow cheeked face, like me. You age better with those sort of genetics anyway, so it is not even bad in many ways ACTUALLY. Asked several women what they thought about my plump cheeks and they said it was hot anyway. I know I am not "bLoAtEd" or coping about needing to dEbLoAt.

Yeah most of the time it is just body fat but the thing that actually works for debloating from what I heard is Diuretics I heard that they are not that safe tho

Really bad on your kidney health long-term, actually kills nephrons lol.. I wouldn't even use them for blood pressure control unless absolutely necessary imo lol. Some doctors think they're safe but the fact they seem to hurt/damage/age kidneys with use over the long-term would be bad for your health and also blood pressure over time. 🤔 Also you can run into electrolyte issues easily especially if you drink a lot of water too, can be really annoying(and dangerous).
