Most dick enhancement surgeries require you to get a circumcision first

My dick is only a little below average but even average looks like shit. I need a 6 incher at the very least, what I really wanted is 7 inches...
I was looking at some dick enlargement surgeries but nearly all want me to be circumcised first!

Should I jew myself in exchange for a bigger dick? Will it actually decrease pleasure?
