It could give you a good healthy body with proper diet, cardio + some light workout like push-ups and pull-ups and some bicep curls.. nothing extreme. But, it all boils down to your genetics. For example, Majority of girls could never develop muscles like that unless they are gymnuts. They have low-T levels. Guys who have healthy T levels can develop body like that, but guys with great T levels can surpass that.Clearly you have never done a a fucking push up in your life if you think doing it gives you a body like that.
