both did nothing

did 100mg ed and yes with fat

Does anyone have real ones and tried them with results?

ive heard a lot of people say they havent gotten results from it
personally my colouring improved when i started consuming more lycopene, but i didnt take a supplement instead i drink tomato puree and eat a punnet of cherry tomatoes + at least 2 large tomatoes daily (high effort approach ik ik)
im also taking astaxanthin and overloading on beta carotene so that mightve contributed to the colouring as well
