Most misunderstood drug to lose 1lbs PURE FAT a day - FULL GUIDE

T3 is like taking AAS when it come to shuting down your natural hormone production. Using it stops your natural t3 production and the longer you take it for the longer it will take for it to recover and if you abuse it too much it might never recover. It's also very catabolic, unlike the DNP.
so I'm not suggesting high doses for T3. I'm suggesting circa 25mg/day, nibbling on the tablet every hour or two to align with the body's natural production. I'm suggesting that an intelligent person would lose fat in a controlled way, prioritizing the maintenance of metabolic health in the long term.

Thyroid function recovers quickly after stopping, although you would want to taper off slowly. there's no evidence to my knowledge of permanent suppression.

DNP at high doses is severely metabolically stressful. I know you used it and want to cope that it didn't do any permanent damage to you, but it certainly did, and you have a moral duty to avoid advocating that others damage themselves in similar ways. losing 10kg fat in 2 days is clearly not normal, natural or healthy. A significant portion of people would literally die from the dose that you claim to have used.

also note that DNP accumulates in brain tissue moreso than the rest of the body - while you're taking it at high doses, which are neurotoxic, you're markedly reducing the ability of your brain cells (some of the most metabolically demanding and sensitive cells in the body) to generate the energy required for their survival. you have likely lowered your iq.

Now I kinda regret taking DNP tbh
