Mouth widening+countering lip volume loss

So I wanted to widen my mouth by mouth stretching(currently somewhere between 5-5.5cm) but the side effect that I got to know through the threads were that supposedly you lose some lip volume,especially in the upper lip and your philtrum gets bigger?

I don't want that to happen so has anyone tried applying volufiline+microneedling their lips once a week to counter the lip volume loss? Thus successfully widening while retaining/increase volume.
How long did it take? Were the results permanent?

Oh yeah,palate expansion is another way to indirectly increase mouth width

tbh, if you want a wider mouth i would save up money and get a mse when you can afford it, its a guaranteed way to widen mouth and there are more benefits with mse too

Any type of palate expansion should widen the mouth too yes

I see - tbf I haven't seen too many particular anecdotes, perhaps it could be the alar width increasing too? Anyways funnily enough the most anecdotes of the mouth getting wider I've seen is just losing weight. I guess it doesn't actually get wider just looks bigger on the face especially relative to the nose

That is true yes,but then again the anecdotes I've seen on org are there. Where people have posted their mouth widths before and after with a ruler in the image
