Yeah excessive stretching of just your corners of lips will only ruin it.

Just search for nearby 3d printing shops.
They are common now.

mouth widening makes me wonder about the nose, because whenever you widen your mouth whether that be smiling with the muscles or just stretching it with your hands, your nose widens too.

but i guess the nose is not as malleable so it shouldn't change much?
