MSE and Thumbpulling

So here @diggbicc said that to get more pct, expansion would have to happen mostly at the back of the maxilla. Once the suture splits, could one thumbpull into that sort of formation?

No Mse is24/7 pressure thumbpull is like 10mins

no i mean once the mse expands and splits the maxilla, THEN you thumbpull
