i’m surprised you had breathing problems at 45 because that’s actually pretty good width to begin with! mine is 33 JFL i will be LUCKY to end up with 45 as my end result....

Dont know my airway is great and majority of the time I can breath great through my nose but certain times in the year my shit gets stuffy. I heard Mse can help with this and I needed to fix my bite anyway man.

What's the point of thumbpulling if you can use facemask or BOW with MSE

Is there any evidence facepulling works?

Man when did the swelling and pain from assist die down.
The swelling stayed 100% for 3 days after surgery. Between days 3 and 5 it went down 50%. 10 days post op about 80% of the swelling was gone. And 20 days post op about 90% was gone. I'm 30 days out and about 95% of my swelling is gone.

There is no pain after surgical assist. I was able to drive a car right after I got out of surgery and go get something to eat. There is a lot of discomfort though which will last about 3 or 4 days. The discomfort is around the same level as a bad stomach ache or when you have the flu. Your gums and lips will also be very tender and sore and you won't be able to eat foods that require you to bite chunks off (i.e. burgers or pizza). I would recommend bringing a smoothie machine and making smoothies, or soft foods that you can eat with a spoon.

Up to 3 days post op it will be very difficult to concentrate on anything intellectually challenging, so I would recommend taking 3 days off work. I would also not recommend driving long distances. I drove back home 7 hours only 2 days after surgery and I hated it. The last 1 hour of the journey was extremely uncomfortable. I just wanted to go lie down.
