MSE + Headgear + Alt-RAMEC

I'm 15 and from what i've been researching MSE and know that it is a side to side expansion but I asked AI and it said that while wearing reverse-pull facemask headgear I can maximize my foward growth while my maxilla is split in two. Also Alt-RAMEC + headgear + MSE is apparently the best for foward growth from AI's standpoint, it says it could provide around 4.0 to 5.5 mm. What are yalls thoughts.

Yeah I thought 5mm was fucking crazy too. I thought max like 2 or 3mm.

oh yeah fs easily worth it I just hope my ortho says yes because I mean I did struggle with mouth breathing in middle school and I still mouth breathe at night so I feel like if they x-rayed me it would be good enough for MSE and Alt-RAMEC and if he says nah ig ill just rope atp
