Expansion of the midface

does that mean longer midface? or wide to the sides

I was referring to the actual maxilla my bad. Not sure about midface when referring to soft tissue. All the photos I’ve seen look almost exactly the same. My guess is the vertical length increases slightly as well as the the ipd so it balances out. I see it as the size of the face becomes larger and wider version of itself

I kind of doubt the measurements are correct, how should you get 2,5mm IPD increase, more than the increase in mouth and nose width which can't be the case. Wish I had gained that much

Good point I’d say you’re probably correct as most the expansion happens near the bottom and tapers upwards which is why we see huge lip improvement but miner ipd and cheekbone width.
