forward growth is legit. I saw it from a Spanish orthotropics in Madrid called dr pedroche who showed me some of his before after during my free first consult.

And you can widen your zygoma only as wide as your zygomatic arch. So you won't get wider from front, but will still get beautifull cheeks and ogee curve.
