The back is pretty wide. The premolars must’ve been orthodontically treated and probably had braces to push them inward for a better bite

These are molds of my teeth. My IMW is 40mm (upper arch). Barrett's palate looks like my lower one, badly curved, which is fucked.

Damn IMW is 40mm, it looks way wider than mine and I measured mine to be 40mm. My orthodontist mentioned my upper molars are buccal flared, so maybe that’s why I measured to be 40mm.

I believe his upper arch has been orthodontically treated though maybe for his bite thats why they’re so triangular and curved. You can see his teeth are really straight and clearly have been treated. Still 40mm is wide and above average.

IMO palate is a lil bit of cope. You'd need exceptional IMW, probably like 50 to make it outstanding (visible when smiling). I myself have slight hollowing even at 20%+ bf, but my mandible is narrowish, gonions dont flare out. Well you can see that by looking at the mold. There are people with garbage palates who look much better. Maxilla being positioned forward is much more important.
