My ortho wants to take several turns a day. He was also trained by Moon. Does that mean he's gonna try to turn several times in my case too? I'm pretty concerned if that, apparently, will end up fucking up my maxillary symmetry, since the whole point of me doing MSE is to improve significantly my entire maxilla, zygos, palate and mouth width

Maybe ask him what to do if MSE gives you asymmetries, he probably has a plan for that. Also, I need to mention it’s not every patient that gets asymmetries. The case is usually a stronger, stubborn other side of the maxilla. Ronald mentioned in his videos that you can loosen up that stubborn side with a facemask and pulling for extra force than the other side.

You don’t know what your talking about so stop spreading misinformation. Anyone with a narrow palate/maxilla, sleep apnea,or breathing issues can benefit from MSE. Also you are not required to get MSDO if you do an MSE, you just need a lower expander for the alveolar bone to match the upper. You only need to do MSDO if you over expand or if your old as fuck and for some reason you can’t use Invisalign/braces or a lower expander to match the upper.

Youre wrong about IMDO and you’re wrong again about PSL increase bud. MSE will give natural cheek bone projection and will also eliminate eye bags/ dark circles that come with sleep apnea. It will also give those with a narrow smile a wide smile along with the ability to naturally mew with the larger palate after MSE.
