I've tried using MSM to decompress my joints and increase my height, but the problem is that after a few days of using it, I feel like my lower back is extremely compressed, and I'm experiencing severe discomfort that borders on pain. I'm not sure if I've even noticed any height gains, since I'm a different height every day. What should I do?

You’re probably just growing naturally, I doubt msm contributed that much. If you wanna grow hop on GH while you still have time.

There are some days when I measure 3cm more or 3cm less, the only explanation is the compression of my joints.
I would like to use GH but I'm from Argentina and I have no idea where to get it.
