Would you view her less than the non muslim women since majorly of the western women aren’t taught to start away from these activities?

In Islam, Allah advises us to "enjoin good and forbid evil" and the Prophet (PBUH) in an authentic hadith (forgor the reference) tells us we should change evil with our hands, if not our parts like our tongue. With regards to an irreligious Muslim girl, I view that they take Islam for granted considered it is the cure for western degenerate activities. That's my view, btw. I think you're confused. There is no debate that abandoning prayer is Kufr. the debate was that Imam Ahmad said missing even a single prayer out of laziness is Kufr. That was the debate.
