In a combat with myself for the last 8 months.
8 months spent in a solitude forging the mental strength.
Slowly coming out from the darkness.
Left pic is June 2022 and right pic is February 2023. I am 28 yo.
The path:
- Lost 20kgs in weight (from 110kg to 90kg), still aiming for 80-82kg and low body fat % at 6'2 height
- Took isotretinoin treatment - axotret (about to finish it in two weeks, went great!)
- I dyed eyebrows (already had it quite thick, but very bright and almost not visible)
- Took care of my lips (initially it was forced by tretinoin, but I followed it religiously and now they has nicer colour and look)
- Took care of my hair, finally found a god-tier hair artist in my city and a haircut that suits me (this is not even a perm)
- Slight makeup (just concealer) to blend the skintone until I will be allowed to go for the acid/laser sessions (downtime period after tretinoin)
- It should be the first point - mental transformation (no therapy involved however, just me and my thoughts), appearance just followed the mind
Further plans going for hybrid pretty boyish & masculine build:
- Further body fat reduction, luckly the face was the first place from which I started losing fat, I am on 20% bf now and already looking quite sharp, so at 10-12% I could potentially have hollow cheeks, better looking zygos etc.
- Further growing out my hair.
- Acne scars subcision, pro acid peels, pro laser resurfacing.
- Learn how to contour and master "stealth makeup" techniques, there is no point not using this nowadays, really.
- Open for a very slight lips augumentation with fillers.
- Orthodontic treatment, teeth whitening etc.
- Bimax after orthodontics, I've signed off the treatment plan a week ago
- Build a new clothing style, something into koreancorp or minimalist style - outfits that would optically enhance my height, but at the same time follow gen z fashion trends, to this date I was wearing mainly suits, jackets, chinos, business shirts etc. as I work in corporate finance, but it makes me look too serious
- Lash lift and lash dye to deepen the eye area
- Reactivate my piercing in left ear and wear something + jewellery
- Launching tiktok/instagram profile (or both) to make some fame
Any further tips/advice? Would you add anything to the pack?
Feel free to rate my before and after!
