I'll get straight to the point.
My skin heats up and gets red in the mornings after I cleanse and apply sunscreen. I don't use moisturizer because it breaks me out. During the daytime, around 11 AM–3 PM, my skin is usually heated.
For skincare, I've been using cleanser and sunscreen in the mornings, and at night I just cleanse and use tretinoin. I've been using tret for a few weeks, but I took a one-week gap so I don't mess my skin up. On alternate days, I just cleanse and apply clindamycin if necessary.
And mind you, I've had this skin heating and flushing problem for years.
