Rate my AR-maxing routine

-Daily calisthenics and weightlifting

-Daily sun exposure without sunscreen

-Daily ice cold shower 5-10 min

-Cardio (bike)

-skip breakfast

-supplements: l-cartinine 1000mg 2x a day, l-arginine 1000mg 1x a day

Breakfast speeds ur metabolism for the day and burns fat. Best to eat a huge breakfast.

I’m also 15 lbs underweight but I’m at the gym as I speak
ok, but people tend to underrate their bf %, so I'm sceptical

also, sub 8% is maybe too extreme and super hard to maintain if u aren't juicing
 
Coldness proven to increase receptor sensitivity and nofap as well. I have experienced this as well, in the pool my collagen half returns and my cawk gets hard and foids start miring again.
do cold showers have to be as long as 5-10 mins? thought you could just do a couple mins
