Mandelic scrub in the acne affected areas
Ice face for two minutes
Salicylic acid toner
Moisturizer
5% Acne Med
Spot treatment
Peptide Cream

Cut out dairy, excessive sugars and general bad food and over eating. Going to buy adapalene 0.1%, Minocycline for 1 month.

Eyebrows and eyelashes=

Minoxidil on eyebrows and Lattise
Lattise for eyelashes and curl them

Melanotan 2

Invisalign and whiten teeth.

Gymcell.

Heightmax with Air Force 1's, Glucosamine Chondroition. Cool clothes and style hair well.

Acne Med is= 5% benzoyl peroxide essentially
