so how much weight do you lose a week on this diet?
im running a 2500-3000 cal diet and im losing about 1kg/2,2lbs as week
 
how do you guys lose weight on so many cals.
I'm a fat ass and only eat about 1500

I guess it's all about gentics, plus people talk about starvation mode, so fuck knows
I opt to increase metabolism with my diet so I can get more energy which is actually used.
That was a "perfect" day. Usually I dont have beef or liver at home or come home too late to eat properly.
And I am incredibely bound to my home for foof and can barely eat out

i dont get people who cook in small portions my dinner is like yours but 2 times your serving. it's so wasteful to heat up the pan to cook 3 bites of chicken.
