This is devastating. How do I raise FSH and lower TSH??? 17nmol/L Testosterone is 500ng/dl btw, absolutely brutal. It used to be 700ng/dl as a 14 year old. Sodium levels are brutally high too, probably why I was so bloated. My doctor fucking roasted me too and said I have gynecomastia

dude gyno comes from testosterone spike if you are not fat

testosterone converts to estrogen and you get breast tissue, which later goes away once your T and E levels normalize

other case is fat kids who get gyno just from estrogen without T spikes

yeah well i would have had high estrogen low test most likely, breast tissue isn’t gone now and i have low t low e. i’ve seen a surgeon and they say it won’t go away, getting surgery in 10 months

its not really possible unless you are fat.

also some kids get gyno at 13, others at 17 and it usually goes away only in 2 years or so. so surgery might not be necessary

not sure how i forgot, but when i was 13 i was like 280 pounds 5’9. 180 6’4 now. hope that settles it so yeah the tissue isn’t just gonna disappear

Lower your sodium intake to 500-1000 mg MAX. Also please for the love of good don’t hop on a cycle before you at least close out of puberty, you will regret it. Make sure you are being active, try to eat well and get sunlight. (BASIC MAJOR )

start of next month i’m optimising all of that. 30mims-hour sunlight a day but with sunscreen on, 200g protein from meat and milk, fruits potatoes and rice for carbs, gym 6x a week heavy, i ordered pure potassium powder to debloat , i’ve already bought tongkat ali boron vit d magnesium and k2. also taking mk677. none of this is mental masturbation btw i’m just cutting down rn because i have a date in a week.
