Suffered from tretinoin induced lip peeling for a year. I fixed it last month with a few changes. Do this shit and you'll be good.

Don't apply any accutane surrounding the area of your lips.
Use the blue "lip care" vaseline lip balm. Get the small TIN ONLY.

Moisturise immediately out of the shower, then apply a little emollient e.g., Vaseline.
