My close friend just slapped the shit out of me

So this nigga we were talking in a bench in the middle of the street the street wasnt rlly busy there wasnt much people so then this nigga said he was gonna go and i said ok and for just giggles and shits i said are you going to suck your fathers dick and then my friend slapped the shit out of me I never got slapped this hard I got dizzy like if niggas on you this site got a slap like that you would most likely pass out then he started running away i tried to catch him but this nigga runs fast i wasnt able to catch him. What should I do?
